Peter Sester holds the Lemann Chair of International Business Law and Law & Economics and Director of the Institute of Public Finance, Tax Law and Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Peter is a PhD in law at the University of Heidelberg, and an economics at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Previously, he was Director of the Institute of Law and Finance at the University of Frankfurt am Main. He is an expert in commercial arbitration, business law, as well as in legal and organizational matters related to family offices. He has published several books and articles in his areas of expertise, including two books on Brazilian law. He frequently teaches lectures and courses in Brazil.

 

Ricardo Luis Lorenzetti. Minister and President of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Argentina. Doctor of Juridical and Social Sciences. Full Professor of the Chair "Civil and Commercial Contracts", University of Buenos Aires. Doctor Honoris Causa of the Universidad del Litoral ƒ Doctor Honoris Causa de la Universidad del Nordeste. Member of the Academy of Law of Cordoba. Member of the Law Academy of Peru. He has performed an intense academic activity in postgraduate courses. He directed the Specialization Course in Damage Law, and the "Business Contracts" Program at the University of Buenos Aires. Prior to joining the Supreme Court, he has taught postgraduate courses at the Universities of Palermo (Buenos Aires), Austral (Buenos Aires), Catolica (Buenos Aires), Social and Business Sciences (Buenos Aires) (Santa Fe), the Catholic University (Rosario), the University of Tucuman, the University of Mendoza. Author of several books.

 Fábio Ulhoa Coelho. Full Professor of Entrepreneurial Law at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), whose Law School is one of the most prestigious in Brazil. He obtained his Master’s degree in 1985, Doctorate in 1991 and Post-doctorate in 1993 at this University. He is the author of the best selling legal books in Brazilian Commercial Law, such as “Commercial Law Manual” and “Commercial Law Course” (3 volumes) and has also written “Private Law Course” (5 volumes). He has had various articles published by renowned scientific reviews.
