Institutions in the Labour Court Lawsuits. Disruptive Technology and Efficiency. Revolution 4.0
Résumé
The chance to present to the world the Brazilian model of Labour Judicial structure is an unprecedented one, deserving, therefore, careful commitment, as much in the act of conceptualizing, classifying, as in describing the institutes and instruments that compose it. Likewise, the exchange of experiences between countries is more than pertinent – experiences from which the legal world cannot escape – at a time when the phenomenon of globalization advances in its comings and goings and in the context of technological maturation architected by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
In this mission, the objective is to explain the Labour Court as a branch of the Brazilian Judiciary, conceived with the aim of achieving an agile and effective jurisdictional response, especially given that the claims discussed are often related to the livelihood of the parties, thus detailing its main characteristics, as well as explaining the dynamics of the work.
To this end, the study’s research methodology will be based mainly on the relevant legislation, the collection of statistical data and the gathering of specialized doctrine.
Finally, we will try to highlight some aspects and possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in this specialized field.
