Mediation in Insolvency Law: A Comparative Study Regarding the European Union and Brazil

Résumé

The Mediation in Insolvency Law and its comparative study, regarding the European Union, starts in this study at the new Brazilian Insolvency Law introduced and privileged mediation as an important mechanism to assist debtors and given in the search for the best collective solution for dispute resolution, including through digital media, such as the ODR - Online Dispute Resolution.

In this scenario, this presentation will demonstrate EU and Brazilian main bullets of the mediation in insolvency.
