Résumé

This book is the result of the work done within the scope of the Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and the Public Prosecutor ́s Office of the City of Buenos Aires. Apart from promoting the development of the artificial intelligence Prometea, we will investigate and analyze the impact of artificial intelligence within the general interests of society, a project that takes place within the framework of a more extensive work linked to the impact of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We would like to thank and highlight the collaboration of Melisa Raban, Gustavo Sa Zeichen, Inés Iribarne, Julián Palumbo, Denise Ciraudo, Fiorella Vigo, Carina Papini, Antonella Stringhini, Victoria Vázquez and Estefanía Mullally. Also, we are very grateful to Matías Puig, for his work in the development and expansion of Prometea. Postgraduate Professor in Criminal Law, Special Part, Universidad del Salvador (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Lawyer, University of Buenos Aires. President of the Argentine Association of Prosecutors. Member of the International Association of Prosecutors, since 1999. Currently serves as Deputy Attorney General heading the Public Prosecutor’s General Office of the City of Buenos Aires.

Enzo Maria Le Fevre Cervini

Advisor in international relations in the Agency for Digital Italy - Presidency of Councils of Ministers of Italy for which he coordinates the Thematic Group on Emerging Technologies in the Public Sector of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He was one of the authors of the "White Paper on Artificial Intelligence at the service of citizens" published by the Italian Government. Associate Professor of Digital Government Governance at the University of Tuscia (Viterbo - Italy). Doctor of Political Science, University of Rome Tre. In 2018 he was appointed member of the Group of Experts of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations (UN / DESA) on "The role of public institutions in the transformative impact of new technologies"
